（安装说明）
瓷衬耐磨瓷管，结构形式如图（1），是将工程耐磨陶瓷内衬于钢壳以内，两端法兰和其它管道相连。所以安装时请按下列要求操作：
1.严禁用锤子等金属敲击钢壳，外表及两端瓷面，以免损坏陶瓷。
2.瓷衬管和瓷衬管相连时，中间加3-5mm石棉垫，然后用螺栓均匀拧紧，如图示（1）
3.瓷衬管和钢管相连时，请先将非标法兰套于钢管上，加石棉垫片，并用螺栓固定法兰，螺孔，然后点焊，非标法兰和钢管固定。再松开螺栓，将非标法兰和钢管焊牢，如图（2） |

The strucural form of the procelain-lined anti-wearing ceramic tipe is as Shown in fig(1).It is to put the anti-wearing ceramic inner spacer in the Case with its two ends joined to the other pipelines with a flange.
It should be installed according to the follow-ing operatins demands:
1.It is strictly not allowed to strike the steel case.the outer surface and the ceramies faces at the two ends with a hammer or other metallic articies to avoid damaging the ceramies.
2.When the two porcelain-lind pipes are going to be joined to gether,be sure to use an asbesto spacer (Attached with the product)of 3-5m to Beplaced between them.Then get ti tightened with a bolt as shown in fig.(1)
3.As the porceanin-lined pipe is Going to be joined to the steel pipe,please,first,get the nonstan-dard flance to be covered on the steel pipe with an asbestos spacer and let the flange and Screw fixed up with bolts.then.get Them to be spot-welded.Loosen the bolt as the nonstandard flange and steel pipe are both fixed up.then.get them welded tight.asshowninfIg, |
